This play is from our “Monster” goal line formation.  The tight ends (Y) can be O-linemen or true tight ends.  The key blocks on this play are from the play side A-Back who kicks out the EMOLOS.  The motioning back side A-Back must also find his way to the outside LB.  B-Back gets the ball and runs inside the kick out block.
